📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch. • Provide information about vehicles, service appointments, warranties and mobility assistance. • Support customers with roadside assistance requests and coordinate with service partners where needed. • Assist with account-related questions and escalate complex technical cases when required. • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. • Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay up to date with brand policies, new models and service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Dutch and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written). • Previous experience in customer support, automotive services, or mobility assistance is a plus. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional in urgent or stressful situations (e.g., roadside support). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
