📋 Description
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail in French • Provide assistance to businesses, improving their online appearance • Troubleshoot login problems or other technical issues • Assist businesses in doing necessary changes on their profile • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
🎯 Requirements
• Native/Near native French • Fluency in English • Basic Technical skills • Good communication skills
