• Act as the first point of contact for all the Slovak-speaking customers • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Provide software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more) • Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords • Resolve customers’ online store post-sales requests • Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
• Fluency both in written and spoken Slovak • C1 in English • Technical skills • Familiar with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred • Customer-oriented attitude • Willingness to provide exceptional customer experience • Relocation to Greece • EU Citizenship
• 1300€ gross monthly salary • 14 salaries per year • Monthly bonuses up to 200€ • Transportation bonus of 100€ • Relocation package covered (Flight tickets, 2 weeks free accommodation, paid real estate agency in order to find you an apartment, taxi fare from the airport to your hotel) • Work from home policy, but based in Greece • Training course • First class ongoing training and development • Career development opportunities • You will join a multinational market leading call center company • Multicultural and modern working environment
