📋 Description

• Develop and maintain talent marketplace features, enhancements, and platform changes using JSON-based approaches • Support configuration-driven UI updates and front-end/back-end integrations • Build, test, and document changes for reliable releases • Investigate and resolve technical issues by reproducing bugs and analyzing logs, requests, and responses • Collaborate with product, operations, support, and engineering stakeholders • Provide platform support, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions • Maintain technical documentation for changes, troubleshooting steps, and known issues • Improve development and support workflows • Design and co-own end-to-end integration architecture • Define data migration strategies for initial loads, delta syncs, and reconciliation • Lead technical discovery workshops • Establish integration design patterns and governance standards • Provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• SQL and ETL tools explicitly required • Experience with data modeling and transformation • Experience with integration frameworks, including REST, SSO, and middleware • Experience leading implementations or technical workstreams • Experience with UI-related enhancements preferred • Familiarity with SaaS deployment practices, release cycles, and support/incident workflows preferred • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# preferred • Experience using API testing tools and log/telemetry sources preferred • Knowledge of learning-focused workflows or education technology platforms preferred
