📋 Description

• Develop and maintain features, enhancements, and platform changes for the SaaS talent marketplace using JSON-based approaches • Support configuration-driven UI updates and improvements involving data models and front-end/back-end integrations • Build, test, and document changes for reliable releases • Investigate and resolve technical issues through the support process • Reproduce bugs and analyze logs, requests, and responses • Collaborate with product, operations, support, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions • Provide timely platform support, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions • Maintain technical documentation for changes, troubleshooting steps, and known issues • Improve development and support workflows iteratively • Design and co-own end-to-end integration architecture • Define data migration strategies for initial loads, delta syncs, and reconciliation • Lead technical discovery workshops • Establish integration design patterns and governance standards • Provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• SQL and ETL tools explicitly required • Data modeling and transformation experience • Experience with integration frameworks such as REST, SSO, and middleware • Experience leading implementations or technical workstreams • Experience with JSON-driven configurations and integrations • Experience supporting end users and internal technical issues • Ability to troubleshoot production support queries, reproduce bugs, and analyze logs, requests, and responses • Experience building, testing, and documenting platform changes • Ability to collaborate with product, operations, support, and engineering stakeholders • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and follow-up actions • Ability to design and co-own end-to-end integration architecture • Ability to define data migration strategies, including initial loads, delta syncs, and reconciliation • Ability to lead technical discovery workshops • Ability to establish integration design patterns and governance standards • Ability to provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle • Preferred: UI-related enhancements, SaaS deployment practices, scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#, API testing tools, log/telemetry sources, and learning-focused or education technology platforms
