📋 Description

• Act as the company’s representative on the construction site • Participate in meetings • Lead detailed design and construction methodology studies • Manage subcontractors • Develop and manage the project schedule • Manage unforeseen events and issues • Analyze production team reports • Ensure productivity targets are met • Draft execution procedures • Manage procurement in coordination with the procurement department • Manage risks and opportunities • Document project events • Lead the contractual strategy • Close out the project • Lead and motivate the project team • Participate in evaluating team members • Train production engineers • Ensure that safety instructions are followed • Prepare the Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan (PPSPS) • Ensure that environmental requirements are followed • Prepare the Environmental Action Plan (PAE)

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Two- to five-year degree in civil engineering, construction, or public works • Project management skills • Thorough knowledge of foundation and safety standards and regulations • Knowledge of MS Project • Knowledge of a 4D planning tool • Leadership skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Communication and negotiation skills • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
