📋 Description

• Acquire participants in cities or regions across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria • Conduct B2B telephone outreach to recruit 27 participating companies per city/game • Drive sales through cold calling during business hours • Send an informational email afterward • Develop new cities and regions for regional business games • Back-office support provided by SpielFam GmbH

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 50% workload • Excellent telephone communication skills • Perseverance and self-motivation • Experience in sales or B2B acquisition is an advantage • Personable, friendly, positive, innovative, honest, and motivated • Enthusiasm for board games • Self-employed position as a Sales Manager; not an employment relationship • Very good command of German required due to the German-language market context
