📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders • Move A/B tests from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Identify risks early and unblock teams • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Communicate testing strategy and rationale • Set expectations and lead weekly client progress and results meetings • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams • Maintain clarity, positivity, focus, and momentum during complex or busy projects • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• No prior A/B testing experience required • No formal project management experience required • Organization and diligence with systems, checklists, and timelines • Strong proactive communication and over-communication • Ability to learn quickly and interest in technology and design • Ability to understand why things work or do not work, notice patterns, and ask good questions
