📋 Description

• Serve as the critical link between customers and the engineering team • Partner with technical stakeholders, product teams, and a global user community to understand data challenges • Translate customer data challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions • Deliver technical demos and architecture discussions showcasing Databricks-based solutions • Design and execute proofs of concept on Databricks • Guide customers in building scalable pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and lakehouse best practices • Own customer onboarding and adoption to ensure smooth implementation, strong adoption, and fast time-to-value • Support customers in optimizing their data platforms, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving deeper usage • Translate customer feedback and ecosystem trends into product improvements and technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Data Engineer, Consultant, or Professional Services Engineer within the data ecosystem • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and modern lakehouse architecture • Strong working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms • Experience with dbt is a strong plus • Ability to translate complex architectures into clear, impactful narratives for technical and business audiences • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies is highly valued
