📋 Description

• Define and work on the digital roadmap for products used by millions of daily global users • Establish clear and measurable goals using generative research to create engaging products • Oversee product strategy and partner with development teams • Lead collaborative planning and prioritize work against team capacity and capability • Ensure business readiness of new product releases • Manage project scope from inception to closure and ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery • Align product development goals and initiatives to company OKRs • Evaluate product opportunities and direct customer research and analysis • Research competitors, market trends, industry developments, policies, and regulatory changes • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders • Translate product opportunities into clear, specific, measurable requirements • Coordinate dependencies with Delivery Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers • Develop go-to-market plans and product positioning with marketing • Define and track product performance metrics and analyze feedback • Provide training and mentorship to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation • Demonstrable evidence of iterating and improving products based on feedback and performance data • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles • The ability to influence within a fast-paced and distributed environment, and lead cross-functional planning and problem solving, particularly with engineering and design teams • Experience defining and tracking OKRs or a similar goal-setting framework • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills • The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English • Experience in achieving product market fit for emerging markets
