📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify innovation opportunities • Develop and prioritize a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs • Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes • Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product direction • Define and track KPIs to measure product initiative success • Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and iterative enhancements • Lead cross-functional teams to refine and execute product strategy and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong understanding of product management principles • Solid experience in developing product strategies and managing product roadmaps • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus • Experience in a technology company or in the development of digital products • Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and practices • Knowledge of product analytics tools and techniques • Experience with product lifecycle management tools
