📋 Description

• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products • Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration for implementation projects • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand business objectives • Track implementation project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve scheduling issues • Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress • Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce required results • Consultant II: Research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer change events • Consultant II: Contribute to standardized customer solutions and escalate events outside scope • Senior Consultant: Own support instances requiring partner involvement and act as escalation point between client and SPS partner • Senior Consultant: Work directly with third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers • Senior Consultant: Handle complex, high-importance work and maintain deep industry-specific business knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Consultant II: A bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent practical experience • Senior Consultant: A bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience • Fluent German and English • ERP knowledge • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects concurrently • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce intended results • Senior Consultant: Proven experience with EDI & supply chain • Senior Consultant: Three or more years in account management, relationship management, product management, or comparable field • Nice to have: Understanding of EDI & supply chain • Exposure to third parties, consultants, VARs, or adapter and application providers • Familiarity with XML • Experience with text editing and data mapping tools, and in-depth knowledge of mapping tool functionality • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
