📋 Description

• Lead implementations for SPS Commerce supply chain solutions for clients • Apply best-practice project management methodologies and processes across SPS Commerce programs • Define project scope, objectives, business outcomes, and high-level milestones • Manage day-to-day project tasks from close of sale through handoff to customer support • Create and maintain project work schedules • Track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables • Manage multiple projects while delivering services proficiently • Monitor workflow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations • Direct communication between project teams and customers • Prioritize needs and effectively manage resources • Identify and communicate compelling needs for organizational change and improvement • Interact extensively with clients and internal sales, marketing, functional, technology, and support teams • Perform in-depth analysis and incorporate strategic goals where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role • Fluent in German and English • Project Management experience • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Experience working with ERP systems • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability • Quality-focused and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask • Proven ability to handle multiple projects • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills • Preferred: Project Management experience in retail supply chain ecosystem • Preferred: Understanding of processes and/or services for issue identification and idea generation/evaluation • Preferred: Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization • Preferred: Ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel • Preferred: Track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain ecosystem • Preferred: Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs
