📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for implementing software solutions for financial accounting and related processes at public administrations and churches • Ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, timelines, and budget • Coordinate stakeholders at all levels • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and acceptance testing • Work closely with clients, internal project teams, and external service providers • Ensure project documentation is maintained and regularly report on project progress • Manage requirements and conduct risk analyses, deriving appropriate measures • Join as a Consultant with comprehensive onboarding in software solutions and project methodologies • Gradually prepare to assume project management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, economics, or public administration; ideally with a focus on financial accounting • Initial experience managing IT or software projects • Industry experience in municipal administration is a plus • Knowledge of financial accounting and municipal budgeting processes is a plus • Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods • Certification such as PRINCE2 or Scrum Master is a plus • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Empathy when working with a range of stakeholders • Willingness to travel throughout North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Saarland • Business-fluent German
