📋 Description
• Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their applications scale to meet business needs • Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia • Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks • Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up • Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track • Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0 • Provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role • Bachelor’s degree required • Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture • SnowPro Core required within 60 days of hire • Fluent in German (regional requirements)
