SPSTN - Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail National is the national occupational prevention and workplace health service dedicated to employees working for private households and in-home employment across metropolitan France and overseas departments and territories. It provides medical follow-up, risk prevention, telehealth consultations, workplace health monitoring, return-to-work support, and employer guidance, funded through a dedicated contribution (CST). SPSTN also runs outreach, education, and recruitment efforts to ensure accessible, quality occupational health services tailored to the particularities of domestic employment.

📋 Description

• Monitor the health status of employees in the private household employment and home care sector • Raise awareness among and train employees in good occupational health and safety practices • Contribute to the prevention of occupational risks within a multidisciplinary team, at both individual and collective levels • Collaborate with occupational physicians and occupational health experts • Participate in multidisciplinary consultation meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions • Contribute to national studies • Help implement occupational health policies • Propose new approaches and develop innovative tools as part of telehealth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• State Diploma in Nursing (IDE) • Specialization or training in occupational health (Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health / DIUST) • Willingness to join a multidisciplinary team • Based in Corsica or willing to relocate there • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Interest in occupational risk prevention
