📋 Description

• Provide support to employees in the private household employment and home care sector, helping them remain in employment • Conduct socio-professional assessments and evaluate the circumstances of employees referred to SPSTN’s PDP unit • Refer employees to the appropriate social services and agencies • Guide employees toward specialized organizations offering skills assessments and career-transition support • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside occupational physicians, occupational health nurses (IDEST), and occupational risk prevention specialists (IPRP) • Contribute to national-level studies • Help develop occupational health policies • Collaborate with PDP unit stakeholders and a national network of healthcare professionals

• Motivated professional • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team alongside occupational physicians, occupational health nurses (IDEST), and occupational risk prevention specialists (IPRP) • Skills in employee support and job retention • Ability to assess and evaluate socio-professional situations • Knowledge of relevant social and employment organizations: CPAM, MDPH, AGEFIPH, CAP EMPLOI, FRANCE TRAVAIL, and CARSAT • French language proficiency required for professional practice in France
