📋 Description

• Work with finance and accounting SMEs to define and scope implementation phases • Translate business needs and complex domain requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation • Support the client's product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Manage and prioritize the product backlog • Balance business value, customer needs, technical constraints, dependencies, and delivery risks • Build stakeholder alignment and drive actionable decisions • Collaborate with the client, development team, UX/UI, QA, and Scrum Master/Project Manager • Accept or reject completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations • Support testing and validation of delivered features • Introduce product domains and implementation phases using BDD and structured examples • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demos, and other Agile ceremonies • Identify dependencies and mitigate delivery risks • Report delivered work and communicate outcomes against the roadmap • Use data, customer feedback, and KPIs to drive product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, or 3–5 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst/Product Owner role within a Scrum environment • Proven experience delivering complex IT/software products, preferably within the ERP, accounting, or finance domain • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full software/product development lifecycle • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed development teams • Proven experience collaborating with multiple SMEs, such as accountants, finance controllers, and auditors • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements • Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently with transparency and stakeholder alignment • Practical experience with Azure DevOps and Miro • Proficiency in using AI tools in day-to-day work • Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered product development • Understanding of API-based systems and integrations, particularly within ERP ecosystems • Data-driven approach to product development and decision-making • Nice to have: hands-on ERP or accounting systems experience; core accounting principles; BDD; CBAP, PSPO, or equivalent certification
