📋 Description

• Liderar la implementación, evolución y soporte de soluciones en Salesforce Health Cloud y Service Cloud • Diseñar, configurar y desarrollar soluciones en Salesforce usando herramientas declarativas y desarrollo custom • Participar en proyectos e iniciativas sobre Health Cloud y Service Cloud • Desarrollar y soportar integraciones con sistemas externos mediante REST/SOAP • Coordinar al equipo técnico, distribuir tareas, dar seguimiento al avance • Participar en levantamiento de requerimientos, refinamiento funcional/técnico

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia comprobable en Salesforce con foco en Health Cloud y Service Cloud • Experiencia en desarrollo personalizado en Salesforce: Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components / LWC o Aura, Visualforce y clases de prueba • Buen manejo de herramientas low-code / declarativas : Flows, objetos personalizados, reglas de validación, layouts, perfiles, reportes y automatizaciones • Experiencia en integraciones con sistemas externos • Conocimiento en REST, SOAP, JSON y XML • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos, con capacidad para distribuir tareas, hacer seguimiento y asegurar entregables • Experiencia en análisis de requerimientos y trabajo bajo metodologías ágiles
