📋 Description
• Write UI copy including buttons, labels, placeholders, and error messages. • Create and refine system messages, notifications, and pop-ups in a clear and engaging style. • Develop UX content that guides users throughout service browsing and booking journeys. • Contribute to building a unified tone of voice and language style guide for the platform. • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, development teams, and content teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. • Write and edit content in both Arabic and English with equivalent meaning, tone, and clarity. • Improve and refine copy based on user feedback, analytics, and behavior patterns within the app. • Write automated messaging content such as emails and in-app notifications. • Conduct text clarity and usability testing with designers and developers. • Participate in creating content for help pages, FAQs, and support documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language, communications, marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX writing or digital content creation. • Excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic with full understanding of Saudi dialect and culture (100%). • Strong ability to simplify language and write clear, user-friendly content. • Ability to write in a friendly, consistent tone aligned with the brand’s voice. • Good understanding of UX design principles and user interaction. • Proficiency in English (reading and writing). • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities when working with designers and developers.
