📋 Description

• Conducting risk management procedures, including but not limited to, conflict check procedures, client, third party, engagement acceptance procedures, reviewing the proposals and contracting arrangements. • Support on risk management and quality related projects, like, enhancements to policies, procedures, automation or implementation thereof. • Supporting the business in meeting the key requirements in the stated focus areas. • Support the business by conducting compliance audits in relation to risk management, quality and engagement documentation requirements. • Support on any external quality and risk management audits. • Stakeholder management in relation to the above-mentioned areas. • Legal and regulatory support on ad hoc basis. • Prepare and conduct training on topics related to quality and risk management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in compliance or Risk Management role. • Strong risk management awareness and expertise in risk management tools. • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team environment. • Proven experience in identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve risk-related challenges. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in business English. • Ability to coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Experience working across teams and functions in a professional setting. • Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA or Degree in Law, or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
