📋 Description

• Drive the architecture, engineering, and deployment of AI-native solutions across Pharma & Life Sciences, HiTech, and BFS • Partner closely with the CTO and Head of Sales • Champion a spec-driven development approach using AI to build rapid prototypes and differentiated functional/technical specifications • Lead, hire, mentor, and scale a team of Forward Deployed Engineers • Translate specifications and prototypes into production-grade software embedded in client workflows • Drive the technical vision and modular expansion of the AI platform across Pharma, HiTech, and BFS • Collaborate on high-stakes enterprise pitches with custom technical architectures, functional specifications, and live prototype demos • Ensure sustained, unprompted daily adoption of models by client teams • Translate client feedback into core specifications and product requirements • Establish best practices for MLOps, model evaluations, data governance, and shared pipelines • Accelerate client go-lives from specifications to deployment in weeks • Act as primary functional authority and build credibility with client C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and business heads

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record using spec-driven development methodologies • Experience leveraging AI tools, including LLM coders and agentic workflows, to rapidly prototype, specify, and validate complex enterprise software • Proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise settings • Deep familiarity with at least one core vertical: Pharma, HiTech, or BFS • Rapid learning agility across additional industry verticals • 2+ years in AI/ML or enterprise software • Proven experience in client-facing engagements from presales through implementation • Working knowledge of AI architecture, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and modern MLOps/data infrastructure • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical specifications and prototypes for C-suite buyers and functional business leaders
