📋 Description

• Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for large projects, aligned with enterprise goals and architecture standards • Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across Cloud, Microservices, Integration Platforms, automation, Data/AI, and related technologies • Evaluate and select technologies for business needs; act as architecture subject matter expert and decision-maker • Establish and enforce architecture governance, design patterns, and development standards • Own and document architecture decision records (ADRs) • Lead and manage large project teams; provide technical direction, motivation, and mentorship • Oversee technical implementation and delivery, ensuring adherence to architecture and timely milestones • Establish review processes and standards for performance, security, and maintainability • Resolve technical escalations and provide hands-on assistance and strategic guidance • Proactively manage technical debt and balance delivery speed with maintainability • Foster engineering excellence through code reviews, pair programming, and internal tech talks • Champion CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices • Define SLAs, SLOs, and observability standards for logging, monitoring, and alerting • Translate business objectives and digital service requirements into executable technical specifications • Guide design of digital services that enhance end-user experience and delivery outcomes • Define implementation and deployment strategies • Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience (15+ years) in software development and solution architecture • Fluent in both Arabic and English • Experience designing architectures using modern software technologies • Experience in networking and systems related to software deployment and architecture design • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large technical projects • Ability to connect business strategy, technical implementation, and operational delivery across diverse projects • Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to articulate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP); certification ideally • Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent) • Familiarity with agile/SAFe delivery at scale • Experience in government or enterprise systems integration projects is a plus • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field • Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable • Candidates must be available to work in alignment with UAE business hours • Arabic and English proficiency at C1 and C2 levels
