📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end data platform architecture and define technical standards for data engineering teams • Design and implement batch and real-time/streaming data architectures • Define Lakehouse architecture, open table formats, and query engine solutions • Design real-time data serving and OLAP solutions • Establish standards for ETL pipelines, schema evolution, data quality, data lineage, and access control • Design scalable, cost-effective, and multi-tenant data platforms • Work with self-managed and on-premises infrastructure • Collaborate with data engineering and technical teams to ensure architecture standards are properly implemented

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Data Architecture & Data Warehousing • Experience with ETL • Experience with Apache Spark • Experience with Apache Kafka • Experience with Apache Airflow • Experience with Lakehouse Architecture • Experience with SQL • Strong understanding of batch and streaming processing • Experience with open table formats and query engines • Strong knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality, and access control • Experience designing systems for scale, cost optimization, and multi-tenancy • Telco or Banking experience is mandatory • Experience with Data Mesh or Data Product operating models (nice to have) • Experience supporting multiple client deployments of the same data platform (nice to have)
