📋 Description

• Answer learners’ questions accurately, both in writing and verbally • Create, prepare, and continuously improve learning materials covering data analytics and data science • Teach and reinforce training content in live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and through one-to-one learning support • Support learners when they are uncertain and guide them through exercises and projects • Assess learning progress • Conduct and grade final examinations and determine training outcomes • Ensure the quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the Learning Team • Conduct individual coaching sessions • Support new team members • Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team, and other stakeholders • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, (business) mathematics, natural sciences, or business informatics, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in data analytics or data science • Ability to clean and conduct exploratory analyses of data • Ability to visualize results clearly and accessibly • Ability to develop and evaluate basic models • Knowledge of Python, pandas, matplotlib, and scikit-learn • SQL skills and experience using AI tools are an advantage • Teaching experience conveying technical or subject-matter content to non-technical audiences • Understanding of instructional concepts in adult education and online learning • Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level) • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
