📋 Description

• Answer learners’ subject-matter questions in writing and verbally • Deliver and reinforce training content through live sessions, webinars, classroom sessions, and one-to-one learning support • Support learners when they have questions or uncertainties and during exercises and projects • Assess learning progress • Conduct and grade final examinations and determine training outcomes • Create, prepare, and continuously develop learning materials on Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, and relevant frameworks • Ensure the quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the Learning Team • Conduct individual coaching sessions • Support new team members • Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team, and other stakeholders • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technical field, or an equivalent qualification • Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Product Management, Project Management, or Change Management • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, and traditional project management methodologies • Knowledge of relevant tools, such as Asana, Jira, Miro, and Mural • Experience with reporting and roadmapping • Basic understanding of data and data analysis • Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel is a plus • Teaching experience in delivering technical or subject-matter content to non-technical audiences • Understanding of instructional concepts in adult education and online learning • Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
