📋 Description

• Handle high-volume inbound patient phone calls via eCW VoIP, assessing patient needs and directing calls accurately • Check patient insurance eligibility to confirm coverage before scheduling • Process and coordinate urgent/stat patient appointments swiftly • Communicate test results and stat diagnostic reports directly to patients using TigerConnect • Deliver empathetic, highly professional patient support while upholding strict standards of patience, respect, and clinical etiquette

🎯 Requirements

• Required active experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) • Hands-on experience using TigerConnect for patient/clinical communication • Prior administrative or medical assistant experience within a Cardiology practice • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and a gentle phone demeanor suitable for cardiac patients • Zero tolerance for unprofessionalism or impatience • Full-time contractor position requiring 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time • Experience with Studycast is a plus, but not required
