📋 Description

• Manage high-volume inbound calls and execute proactive outbound follow-ups with new and prospective patient leads • Guide prospective patients through initial inquiries, explain treatment options, answer questions, and build rapport to drive consultation bookings • Maintain a proactive follow-up cadence via phone, text, and email to meet or exceed the practice’s 60%+ consultation conversion target • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, sending visit preparation details and reminders via email and text • Track lead progress, log patient notes, and manage communication pipelines using GoHighLevel CRM and Weave VOIP • Deliver an empathetic, professional, and welcoming experience tailored to women's health and wellness patients • Serve as the primary advocate for new and prospective patients • Build trust and answer sensitive clinical inquiries • Proactively convert patient inquiries into booked consultations with a targeted 60%+ conversion rate

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of medical office or virtual assistant experience in Functional Medicine, Gynecology, Dermatology, or Med Spa practices • Proven sales, intake conversion, or patient care coordination background • Ability to comfortably close consultation bookings • Exceptional verbal and written English skills • Highly personable, articulate, confident, and energetic over the phone • Driven self-starter who excels at lead management, follow-up, and objection handling without sounding pushy • Hands-on experience or familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM and Weave VOIP platforms is highly preferred • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM CST
