📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes using QuickBooks Online, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and supporting-record documentation • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions • Monitor cash flow and track receivables and payables • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities • Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and support budgeting and forecasting • Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance-related documentation • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and improve accounting processes • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role • Experience working with US-based companies or international accounting standards preferred • Strong working experience with QuickBooks Online (required) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience supporting month-end close processes and financial reporting • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer • Comfortable using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam • Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps • Available backup equipment for power and internet outages
