📋 Description

• Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses to support business decision-making, leadership reviews, and performance management • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership teams • Identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities across category performance, pricing, margin, assortment, and portfolio health • Develop executive-ready summaries, recommendations, and presentations • Design dashboard wireframes based on business needs and collaborate with analytics partners on development and refinement • Leverage AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT and Zenlytics to accelerate analysis, synthesize insights, and improve reporting quality • Partner with category and product managers to build metrics, tracking tools, and performance analyses • Provide analytical support for pricing, assortment, margin, portfolio optimization, planning cycles, forecasting, and business reviews • Validate reports, datasets, and dashboards; support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Document business requirements, assumptions, definitions, and validation findings • Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, pricing, and analytics teams to improve reporting processes and turn data into business action

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field • 2-5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, finance, sales, category support, or a related business-facing analytical role • Advanced english, oral and written • Ability to work with data from multiple sources and translate findings into business insights • Experience creating reporting, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership • Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements • Experience validating reports, dashboards, or datasets for business use • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools, including ChatGPT and Zenlytics • Preferred experience with margin, assortment, pricing, or portfolio analysis • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization/reporting tools • Experience supporting UAT or business validation for dashboards and analytics solutions • Experience in a consumer products, retail, or commercial business environment
