📋 Description

• Gestionar los onboardings de empleados, clientes y partners • Comunicar a clientes nuevas funcionalidades y optimizaciones junto con Marketing • Crear cápsulas de aprendizaje para la plataforma de e-learning, para uso interno y de clientes • Administrar la plataforma de e-learning y realizar seguimiento del avance por perfil mediante tableros • Coordinar sesiones de capacitación presenciales y sincrónicas • Mantener la base de conocimiento en Notion • Automatizar procesos con IA y agentes para escalar el output del área • Gestionar el go-to-market interno de funcionalidades estratégicas

🎯 Requirements

• Uso real de IA, no teórico; uso fluido de Claude y Gemini • Capacidad de reemplazar el output de un equipo grande con agentes y automatización • Uso fluido de Notion • Experiencia real en gestión del conocimiento, idealmente en empresas SaaS • Experiencia administrando plataformas de e-learning (Moodle o similar) • Experiencia coordinando capacitaciones presenciales y sincrónicas • Aproximadamente 3 años de experiencia efectiva • Go-to-market interno deseable • Proactividad y autonomía • Curiosidad y persistencia • Criterio para priorizar y decidir • Buena relación con otros equipos
