📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of senior data analysts and data engineers • Oversee large-scale initiatives and vendor collaboration • Oversee multiple cross-functional, high-visibility analytics projects • Build relationships with Finance leadership to ensure financial applications meet functional requirements • Lead business requirements discussions and align analytics solutions with strategic priorities • Drive strategic company reporting initiatives through scalable analytics and business intelligence solutions • Lead the design and development of dashboards, visualizations and reporting tools • Translate business requirements into workplans and priorities for team members and contractors • Reduce manual processes through automation and standardized data • Enhance processes, standards and reporting practices for efficiency, scalability and exception handling • Mentor and coach analysts across functional domains • Direct external partners supporting data integrations and BI reporting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field • 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or related analytical roles • 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams, major projects or financial systems initiatives • Experience working with SAP Finance and related financial systems • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholder groups • Experience managing external contractors or vendors supporting BI reporting and analytics development • Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Python and Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail • Strong initiative and willingness to solve complex challenges
