📋 Description

• Conduct recurring technical audits to resolve indexing errors and optimize Core Web Vitals • Ensure website speed and technical health • Manage internal linking structures and sitemaps, including international SEO • Implement Schema Markup to help crawlers better understand content • Structure technical materials and adapt keywords for conversational search • Ensure visibility in generative search engines and experiences, such as ChatGPT and AI Overviews • Audit and configure events in Google Tag Manager • Ensure data reliability in GA4 • Monitor organic traffic and AI-driven traffic sources • Develop performance dashboards connecting organic and artificial intelligence traffic to CRM lead generation • Work with a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical SEO, preferably at technology or B2B SaaS companies • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager • Proficiency with auditing and research tools, including Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of SEO, including JavaScript rendering and indexing • Up-to-date knowledge of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and how they process and rank information (GEO) • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts • Previous experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies is a plus • Knowledge of HubSpot ecosystem management (Marketing and CMS) is a plus • Experience with international SEO or expansion into LATAM markets (Spanish) is a plus
