📋 Description

• Create strategic assets for social media, advertisements, and targeted campaigns, ensuring visual quality and brand alignment • Develop visual identities for new projects and clients, under the supervision of the Senior Designer in complex cases • Produce materials for events, conferences, and sales presentations • Create and refine images using AI, with a focus on innovation and aesthetic quality • Collaborate on the visual planning of conversion funnels and campaign journeys • Mentor Junior Designers, review deliverables, teach tools and processes, and lead technical DesignOps sessions • Participate in quarterly calibration sessions and contribute to refining the Designer Skill Rubric • Work autonomously on the development and evolution of Stark’s strategic visual assets

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma • Ability to create and customize complete layouts for websites and landing pages in Figma, applying UX/UI principles with consistent navigation flows • End-to-end development of visual identities and corporate materials • Ability to interpret post retention and performance metrics, including drop-off curves and engagement • Create and refine images through the creative use of generative AI, including Midjourney, Leonardo, and Freepik • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation, and the application of AI • Creative ability in visual communication • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Advanced proficiency in e-book layout and design • Availability to work full time
