📋 Description

• Lead the organization in adopting advanced BI tools and BI concepts • Take end-to-end responsibility for processes, including design, development, testing, monitoring, support, and maintenance • Guide business and development teams in using reports and alerts properly • Work closely with business, data, product, and technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree or studies in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field — required • 3–5 years of experience as a Site Administrator Creator in Tableau — required • Experience writing complex SQL queries — required • Experience with Python — required • Experience with Big Data • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions — required • Experience with Airflow — an advantage • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail • Experience in project management and Agile methodologies — a plus • Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and support day-to-day BI development • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment
