📋 Description

• Own and maintain the platform backlog, keeping it ordered, refined, prioritised and ready with buildable work. • Break large requests and initiatives into clear, manageable, deliverable features. • Gather requirements from Product Managers and domain owners across VIP, Payments, Casino, Sportsbook, CRM and other product areas. • Challenge vague or incomplete requests and clarify the underlying business requirement. • Write detailed feature specifications, functional requirements, user stories and unambiguous acceptance criteria. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and feature documentation in Confluence or equivalent tools. • Lead backlog refinement sessions and ensure shared understanding with the development team. • Support development by answering questions, clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguity or blockers. • Review and validate delivered features against acceptance criteria before acceptance. • Work with QA on deeper testing and additional scenarios. • Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, scope changes and gaps early to the Platform Lead. • Keep stakeholders informed about progress, status and potential issues. • Report to the Platform Lead and independently manage the day-to-day platform backlog and execution flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role working directly with software development teams. • Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Excellent requirements-gathering and analytical skills. • Strong written communication skills and experience creating detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Good technical understanding and ability to communicate comfortably with developers, understand system dependencies, limitations and integrations. • Hands-on approach to validation and comfort checking delivered functionality. • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to managing information and documentation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools. • Experience in iGaming / online casino is required. • Nice to have: experience with VIP, CRM, bonuses, gamification or experimentation platforms. • Nice to have: experience with multiple stakeholder groups competing for development capacity. • Nice to have: experience with in-house platforms or internal product teams.
