📋 Description

• Own the Data Management and Business Logic area of the Creatio platform • Drive the evolution of data sources, business rules, calculations, and logical operations without code • Shape AI-native capabilities enabling users, AI agents, and coding agents to model data and define logic through natural language • Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, external communities, and internal users • Organize, prioritize, and maintain requirements in company information resources • Define and defend product concepts, including requirements grouping, go-to-market strategies, mockups, UX/UI collaboration, presentations, user stories, and functionality documentation • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, integration-solution evaluation, and analysis of Gartner and Forrester reports • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Kick-off, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and Development Team to achieve product goals and meet customer expectations • Consult internal teams, customers, and partners on system customization for business needs • Organize and conduct training on product releases and functionality updates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner • Strong expertise in product concept development • Proven experience collaborating and integrating with technology partners to deliver joint products and solutions • Experience working with development teams on application architecture and contributing to architectural decisions • Advanced English communication skills (B2+ or higher), verbal and written • Experience working in an international business environment • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Strong analytical skills, including evaluating IT solutions markets and understanding user needs and expectations • Experience operating at strategic and detailed requirement levels • Strong understanding of technologies and methodologies for highly available and high-performance web applications • Hands-on experience independently using AI coding agents to build prototypes, MVPs, or production-ready applications • Strong understanding of modern AI agent architectures, agentic workflows, and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem • Preferred: hands-on experience with AI-native application platforms and rapid prototyping tools • Preferred: experience designing and implementing business processes, automations, and integrations across CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems • Preferred: familiarity with CRM platforms and related product, operational, or customer experience workflows • Preferred: ability to use modern AI and no-code tools to validate ideas, build prototypes, and deliver measurable business value
