🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working with Agile teams • Experience developing with Java • Experience preparing technical specifications • Experience using AI for programming • Strong verbal communication skills in English (advanced to fluent level) • Ability to collaborate with other engineers who use AI to enhance development (AI-Augmented Engineers) • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to take end-to-end ownership throughout development cycles
