📋 Description

• Actively participate in the development lifecycle by applying Shift-Left Testing • Collaborate on requirements refinement and solution design from the early stages • Design, develop, and maintain automated test architectures for functional, regression, integration, and API testing • Develop and execute automated tests using Rest Assured, Cucumber, or similar tools • Validate REST and SOAP APIs according to architectural and security standards • Perform backend validation, including complex SQL queries, data consistency checks, and testing of messaging/event-processing systems • Integrate and maintain automated test suite execution in CI/CD pipelines • Serve as a technical reference for the team • Analyze quality metrics and indicators to identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements • Work collaboratively with Development and Product teams to proactively prevent failures

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a mid-level QA/Test Analyst, with a focus on backend and API automation • Proficiency in at least one programming language used in automation: Java, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript/TypeScript • Hands-on experience with automated testing of REST and SOAP APIs • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Rest Assured, Cucumber, or similar tools • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration • Good knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases for query execution and data consistency verification • Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and resolving technical issues • Strong command of software quality best practices and defect prevention strategies
