📋 Description

• Architect and develop marketing automation programs engaging customers throughout the customer lifecycle • Partner with Marketing Automation CX talent and teams across the business to deliver personalized automated experiences • Architect marketing automation aligned with business objectives and target outcomes • Stay current with marketing automation and personalization trends and share expertise with stakeholders • Develop marketing automation journeys and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Solve data needs in collaboration with CDP and data teams • Communicate requirements, risks, and progress • Design acceptance criteria and implement user acceptance testing • Monitor performance data for campaign accuracy and uptime • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure marketing automation effectiveness and demonstrate ROI • Use testing methodologies and data analytics to optimize campaigns and understand customer behavior and engagement • Monitor KPI trends and drive corrective action when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Senior experience in marketing automation and personalization development, with demonstrated success • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, and Optimizely • Experience with CRM systems, personalization platforms, and analytics tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience building and segmenting audiences • History of driving optimization through A/B testing and use of AI tools • Ability to work with highly abstract concepts and incomplete information and provide actionable recommendations • Experience in B2B marketing • Knowledge of lead scoring and lead management best practices • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications • SQL, Amscript, Java, and HTML • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, personalization engines, and analytics tools
