📋 Description

• Manage the RPA project portfolio, tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and priorities • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Plan projects, define milestones, track activities, and manage team capacity • Work directly with domestic and international clients and stakeholders • Lead kickoff meetings, status reports, steering committees, and executive meetings • Ensure that requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined • Track the Discovery, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases • Identify risks, impediments, and deviations, creating and monitoring action plans • Manage scope changes and align impacts on timelines, effort, and resources • Monitor project metrics, productivity, team utilization, and SLA compliance • Ensure communication among business units, technical teams, infrastructure, security, and other stakeholders • Support prioritization of the automation backlog • Ensure accurate project documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, project plans, test evidence, and deployment documentation • Support effort estimates, resource planning, and team formation • Track support and enhancement requests after deployment • Promote best practices, governance, and standardization throughout the automation development lifecycle • Prepare management and executive reports on portfolio status, risks, capacity, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing RPA, automation, or digital transformation projects • Knowledge of the complete RPA project lifecycle, from Discovery through deployment and support • Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms • Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as traditional project management approaches • Strong organizational, prioritization, and conflict-management skills • Excellent communication and client and stakeholder relationship-building skills • Ability to identify risks, make decisions, and drive action plans • Experience with project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms • Knowledge of project metrics, KPIs, SLAs, capacity management, and financial tracking • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar are a plus • RPA platform certifications or practical experience are a plus • Experience with RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) structures is a plus • Experience with projects involving AI, OCR/IDP, BPM, APIs, Power Platform, or GenAI is a plus • Experience managing global projects with teams distributed across different countries and time zones is a plus • Experience with project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and resource allocation is a plus
