📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Java applications and microservices using Spring Boot • Work with legacy systems (Struts, Servlets, JSP, PrimeFaces) • Implement Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration • Develop data-streaming solutions with Kafka and Kafka Streams • Ensure code quality by following best practices and conducting tests • Collaborate with cross-functional QA, DevOps, and Product Owner teams • Document processes and architectural decisions • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production environments • Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field • Experience in software engineering, with relevant experience in Java and/or JVM-based languages • Experience developing and operating systems using Java, microservices, and APIs • Knowledge of service containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, including AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, etc.) • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, StarTeam) • Knowledge of continuous integration, automated deployment, unit testing, TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies (Scrum) • Experience with private and public cloud environments: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Commitment to writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, WebSphere, JBoss, Kafka, Kafka Streams, SQL Server, and Kubernetes
