📋 Description

• Directly handle SOC incidents, including incident triage and response • Analyze and categorize alerts generated by the SIEM • Respond to user tickets regarding spam, phishing, USB devices, and WhatsApp Web • Collect evidence and perform first-level procedures • Open tickets for escalation to higher support levels when necessary • Document procedures and updates in tickets • Continuously monitor Information Security environments • Identify suspicious events and potential threats • Perform log and security event analysis • Support incident investigation and response • Use monitoring tools, SIEM, and other security solutions • Support the management and monitoring of Information Security tools • Conduct vulnerability-related testing and analysis • Escalate more complex incidents • Prepare technical reports and record incident information • Keep procedure and incident documentation up to date • Follow Information Security processes, procedures, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Information Security • Knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and security protocols • Familiarity with security environment monitoring and log analysis • Knowledge of security incident identification, triage, and handling • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and incident response • Ability to analyze and investigate security events • Strong communication and organizational skills for incident recording and documentation • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar are a plus • Knowledge of SIEM tools is a plus • Experience with monitoring and event correlation tools is a plus • Knowledge of vulnerability analysis is a plus • Experience with Incident Response processes is a plus • Knowledge of Information Security frameworks and best practices is a plus • Familiarity with EDR/XDR (Trend Micro) • Basic knowledge of suspicious email analysis • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
