📋 Description

• Translate creative sketches and mood boards into detailed digital Tech Packs using Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or Excel • Include graded specifications, construction callouts, stitch types, and trim details in Tech Packs • Research, recommend, and source fabrics, hardware, and wash finishes while meeting cost and sustainability targets • Conduct remote fit sessions via Zoom/Teams and provide factories with digital comments and photos on pattern adjustments and construction fixes • Serve as main point of contact for manufacturing partners via email, WhatsApp, and video conferences • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities remotely • Troubleshoot production issues through shared digital files and provide immediate solutions • Own the production calendar from sample stage to bulk delivery • Flag potential delays to the internal team using Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar tools • Establish quality standards including AQL levels and enforce them through remote inspection checklists • Break down garment costs in costing sheets to meet wholesale and retail margin targets • Act as a bridge between the creative design team and overseas/domestic manufacturing partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising/Product Development, or related field is a plus • 3+ years of experience in fashion product development, technical design, or production management • Proven experience in apparel development, with specific expertise in intimate wear • Advanced proficiency in creating Tech Packs • Adobe Illustrator proficiency required • CLO 3D or Browzwear experience is a plus • Strong knowledge of woven, knit, and cut-and-sew construction • Comfortable using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and other project management tools daily • Excellent English written and verbal skills • Ability to diagnose fit or construction issues from factory photos/videos and explain fixes remotely • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Quiet space for video calls • Portfolio showcasing relevant apparel and intimate wear development work; applications without a portfolio will not be considered • Preferred: experience working directly with Asian or European manufacturing hubs • Familiarity with PLM software is preferred
