📋 Description

• Own and execute the company's global marketing strategy • Develop and optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels • Build scalable lead generation systems • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with 3PL providers • Partner closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with business objectives • Identify, research, and evaluate potential 3PL partners • Build and maintain a structured database of prospective partners • Execute outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, order flows, and conversion rates • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team supporting marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, partnerships, or related leadership roles. • Proven success within a 3PL, logistics, freight forwarding, B2B supply chain technology, marketplace, or related environment. • Strong understanding of both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. • Experience designing and executing outreach and nurturing sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Deep understanding of global logistics markets, industry dynamics, pricing structures, and competitive landscapes. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth initiatives. • Strong analytical skills with experience using modern marketing and analytics platforms. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, CRM systems, automation tools, and reporting platforms. • Shopify and broader e-commerce ecosystem experience is highly preferred. • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
