• Build, update, and maintain comprehensive digital tech packs, including BOMs, measurement charts, and vector construction diagrams • Lead or participate in remote fit sessions via video conference • Evaluate fit using high-resolution photos, videos, or 3D digital avatars • Establish and grade point-of-measurement specifications across all size ranges • Communicate asynchronously with overseas and domestic manufacturers to troubleshoot construction, sewing, and assembly issues via digital PLM or email • Translate 2D design sketches into production-ready patterns using digital CAD software • Use 3D simulation tools to test fabric drape, tension, and fit digitally • Oversee digital grading of production patterns across all sizes • Organize, export, and deliver digital pattern files to factory production teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is a plus, not required • 3+ years of expert-level experience in digital pattern-making software, including Clo3D, Browzwear, Gerber Accumark, Optitex, or Lectra, and Adobe Illustrator • 3–5 years of apparel industry experience in technical design and pattern drafting • Proven experience in apparel development, with specific expertise in intimate wear • High autonomy and ability to troubleshoot complex garment construction issues without hands-on supervision • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Quiet workspace suitable for video fit reviews • Portfolio showcasing technical design work, including digital tech packs, CAD patterns, 3D prototypes, and fit evaluations • Applications without a portfolio will not be considered
