📋 Description
• Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts (Zoho) • Perform, record and reconcile all accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions • Manage expense claims and reimbursements • Monthly closing of accounts and reconciliations • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Provide variance analysis and commentary for management • Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts • Support financial planning and decision-making with timely insights • Support in compliance with KSA ZATCA, US tax filings • Liaise with external tax advisors / auditors as required • Process payroll accurately • Maintain employee records for accounting and audit purposes • Support external audits (financial, compliance) • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance processes • Develop and continuously improve finance SOPs and internal controls • Support ad hoc reporting and special projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance / Commerce • 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience (ideally in startups, agencies, or remote setups) • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality • Strong communication skills in English • Arabic language bonus.
