📋 Description

• Build and evolve high-quality services with a long-term perspective • Participate in the full lifecycle, from understanding the problem through delivery and production monitoring • Translate complex business rules into code, including commission calculations, partner activation, time windows, and feature flags • Build and evolve scalable, asynchronous solutions using AWS and Kubernetes • Support the migration of legacy services to modern architectures • Deliver medium-complexity features independently, with consistent quality and minimal supervision • Seek support on broader architectural decisions and suggest improvements • Break problems down into smaller parts and provide reasonable estimates • Understand the impact of deliverables on neighboring squads • Provide visibility into risks and blockers and align deliverables with Product and other squads

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js, preferably with NestJS • Experience with relational databases, including data modeling, query writing, and an understanding of performance and data consistency • Experience with distributed cloud systems, including APIs, messaging/queues, and non-relational databases • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and SOLID principles • Experience with unit and integration testing, code reviews, and Git/GitFlow • Ability to understand the business domain and translate it into clear, testable, and reliable code • Strong communication skills, with the proactivity to provide visibility into risks and blockers and align deliverables with Product and other squads • Experience with serverless architecture and AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS) is a plus • Experience in financial services, payment methods, or sales-oriented products is a plus • Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and production service support is a plus • Experience with production experimentation (A/B testing, Amplitude, etc.) is a plus • Interest in sharing knowledge and supporting less experienced colleagues is a plus • Experience using AI tools in an agentic manner in day-to-day work is a plus
