📋 Description

• Build high-quality, long-term solutions, working end to end from discovery through delivery • Share logic across platforms in the mobile app using Kotlin Multiplatform while preserving a native, high-performance experience • Create web interfaces with React • Bring forward technical proposals, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve business workflows based on user data and behavior • Ensure consistent behavior, design, and business rules across the app and React applications • Accurately represent workflows involving commissions, partner activation, time windows, and feature flags in the interface • Own performance, error states, accessibility, and smooth user experiences • Guide front-end architecture decisions and ensure sustainable solutions as the product scales • Lead end-to-end initiatives with little or no direction • Influence decisions across squads by aligning design, product, and backend teams • Serve as a technical reference for the team and support the growth of less experienced colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript for web development • Experience with mobile development and Kotlin, including hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform • Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar), state management, and design patterns • Strong knowledge of automated testing (unit, component, and integration testing), code review, and Git/Gitflow • Experience integrating with REST APIs and applying best practices for error handling and caching • Ability to collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams while balancing technical quality with deadlines and business feasibility • Proactive communication, with rapid visibility into risks and blockers, and a strong team mindset • Ability to make architecture and design decisions with scalability, maintainability, and long-term cost in mind • Ability to solve ambiguous and highly complex problems • Ability to anticipate technical risks, such as performance issues, cross-platform compatibility, and technical debt • Experience with Compose Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, or SwiftUI is a plus • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is a plus • Knowledge of web performance (Core Web Vitals) and UX and accessibility best practices is a plus • Experience with production experimentation (A/B testing, Amplitude, etc.) and product metrics analysis is a plus • Experience in financial services, payments, or sales-focused products is a plus • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web is a plus • Experience using AI tools in an agentic manner in day-to-day work is a plus
