📋 Description

• Lead the CRM uplift initiative, ensuring the methodology continues to evolve, measurements remain high quality, and results are reliable • Structure and monitor the integrity of control groups, assessing the incremental impact of campaigns, customer journeys, and communication initiatives • Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations to support segmentation, personalization, and communication strategy decisions • Analyze CRM data to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and optimize conversion rates • Provide analytical support to the team through dashboards and ad hoc analyses, ensuring clear and effective visualizations • Present results and insights to business stakeholders and leadership with clarity and objectivity • Collaborate with teams such as engagement, product, technology, and customer relations to advance the CRM strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a data analyst or business analyst • Strong analytical thinking and methodological rigor to structure analyses, challenge assumptions, and validate results • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Strong communication skills and the ability to present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Autonomy to lead initiatives and make well-informed decisions • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation • Experience with dashboards and BI tools • Knowledge of statistics and data science, including hypothesis testing, experiment design, and A/B testing (a plus) • Experience with causal inference, uplift modeling, or incremental impact measurement (a plus) • Experience with predictive modeling using Python or R (a plus)
